6-9-2: LICENSES REQUIRED:

The operation of any pedicab vehicle upon the streets of the village for transporting persons for hire or as a contractual service is a violation of this chapter unless operating in accordance with a valid license issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 2019-17, 6-13-2019)
