6-9-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter:
 
PEDICAB:
Any vehicle that is a manually operated bicycle-type vehicle pulling a cart, and/or a bicycle type unit with a rear passenger seat, for two (2) passengers equipped with handles and other equipment required by State law by slow-moving vehicles to operate on the street.
PEDICAB OPERATING LICENSE:
A license granted to a person and authorizing a person to operate a pedicab on the streets of the village.
VILLAGE:
The Village of North Utica, Illinois. (Ord. 2019-17, 6-13-2019)
