9-3-1: FINDINGS:
The village has determined that the safety of residents, employees, and occupants of structures located within the village will benefit by the display of an address number that is visible from the street. Further, the village has determined that such will provide a convenience to individuals and is necessary and will benefit the community. (Ord. 2010-02, 2-10-2010)
