9-2-5: RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS:
The procedures prescribed in this chapter are not intended to be a substitute for, or to have any bearing upon, any procedures required under the zoning ordinance or the subdivision regulations. DRC may review the plan in advance of the ruling on the special use permits or variations. However, such findings shall not constitute a position by the village or by any employee of the village in support of the petitioner's application for a special use permit or variation. The report of the DRC in such cases shall be submitted to the village board concurrently with any report on special use permits, variances, etc. (Ord. 2004-28, 9-22-2004)
