9-2-4: DESIGN GUIDELINES:
All building permit applications shall be reviewed for conformance with the following:
   A.   The village downtown design guidelines attached to the ordinance codified herein.
   B.   All existing village ordinances, including, but not limited to, the zoning ordinance, sign ordinance, subdivision ordinance, and comprehensive plan of the village. (Ord. 2004-28, 9-22-2004)
