A. For all properties located within the design guidelines boundary, each application for a building permit, except those for solely single-family residential purposes, interior remodeling or structures accessory thereto, shall receive a design review pursuant to this chapter.
B. The boundaries for improvements subject to this chapter are set forth in the downtown design guidelines which are attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof.
C. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to exempt any improvement from any zoning ordinance or other village ordinance requirements or procedures. (Ord. 2004-28, 9-22-2004)
