A. Enforcement Officials: It shall be the duty of the zoning enforcement officer and any lawfully appointed deputies to enforce the provisions of this title.
B. Inspections And Tests: The zoning enforcement officer is hereby empowered to make such inspections as may be necessary to see to the enforcement of this title and to make any tests or examinations of materials or methods to be used, for the purpose of seeing if they comply with the provisions of this title.
C. Stop Work Order: The zoning enforcement officer may order work stopped whenever any construction, alteration or repair work is being done in violation of any provisions of this title; such stop order, when oral, shall be followed by a written stop order within twenty four (24) hours. It shall be unlawful to continue work in violation of a stop order until such order has been revoked by the president and board of trustees. (Ord. 2002-26, 12-11-2002; amd. 2013 Code)
