8-4-7: COLLECTION BY VILLAGE:

Nothing herein contained shall prevent the village from collecting, hauling and disposing of garbage and refuse and miscellaneous waste during cleanup periods designated by the village or during emergencies as determined by the village board. (Ord. 2004-41, 12-8-2004)
