A. Bills for water supply and sewer service shall be rendered monthly and are payable to the Village Clerk at the Village office. (Ord. 89-08, 8-2-1989; amd. 2013 Code)
B. Bills for water or sewerage service shall be payable at the Office of the Village Clerk within twenty (20) days after commencement of the next billing period, and in the event said bills are not paid within that time, the Village reserves the right to suspend water or sewer service for all unpaid current water or sewer bills and charges, to remain suspended until payment is made. (Ord. 85-04, 5-7-1985)
C. Any bill unpaid within twenty (20) days after commencement of the next billing period shall incur a delinquency fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) in addition to any other penalties or charges imposed.
D. Any account for which a check is issued for payment, and the check issued to the Village is returned for nonsufficient funds, shall incur a charge of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each returned check. (Ord. 2014-12, 5-14-2014)
