Each separate store, apartment, or residence shall be deemed a separate service, and where a residence or apartment and store are combined in the same building, that building shall be considered as having two (2) services and two (2) connections. In that circumstance, two (2) charges for the use of the water or sewer services each shall be made, one for the residence and one for the store, each at the standard Village rate for that type of service.
