8-1-1: WATER AND SEWER SERVICE PROVIDED:
The village will furnish and supply water and sewer service to all classified consumers and users upon the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter and at rates fixed and designated by the village board. (Ord. 2001-05, 3-7-2001)
