7-2-4: PROHIBITED ACTS:
It shall be unlawful to:
   A.   Injury: Injure any tree or shrub planted in any public place. (1966 Code § 122)
   B.   Advertisements Or Notices: Attach any sign, advertisement or notice to any tree or shrub in any street, parkway or other public place. (1966 Code § 123)
   C.   Attaching Wire Or Rope: Attach any wire or other rope to any tree without permission of the president and board of trustees. (1966 Code § 125)
