6-1-3: VEHICLE CLASSIFICATIONS:
For the purpose of this title, motor vehicles shall be divided into the following divisions:
   A.   First: Vehicles which are designed for carrying not more than seven (7) persons.
   B.   Second: Those vehicles which are designed and used for pulling or carrying freight and also vehicles designed and used for carrying more than seven (7) persons. (1966 Code § 328)
