4-3-2: DEPOSIT OF YARD WASTE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED:
It shall be considered a violation of this chapter to intentionally cause the clippings of weeds and/or grass described in this chapter to be deposited onto any public property, including, but not limited to, a prohibition on causing such clippings to be deposited on village roadways, sidewalks, and/or in sewer drains.
