4-1-1: BURIALS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish a cemetery within the village limits. It shall be unlawful for any person to bury any person within the village limits except in an established cemetery or as authorized and permitted by the village zoning ordinance. (1966 Code § 532; amd. 2013 Code)
