A. All cemetery fees are to be made to the Village Clerk.
B. The price for each grave in the Utica Oak Hill Cemetery shall be in cash upon purchase and delivery of a deed, as follows:
1. The sum of $800.00 per grave, for the purchase by and for the use of any person that is a resident or non-resident of the Village.
C. Burial charges include opening and closing the grave and tamping and seeding the ground for each opening. A transfer within the Utica Oak Hill Cemetery is charged as two grave openings. Payment is due at the time of burial unless prior arrangements have been made with the Village Clerk and the charges are as follows:
1. Grave opening: $1,000.00.
2. Cremation grave opening: $600.00.
3. Disinterment for removal: $1,500.00.
4. Disinterment for removal of cremains: $800.00.
D. Entombment charges include the opening of the crypt/vault, and the closing and sealing of the crypt/vault and are as follows:
1. Casket removal: $1,000.00.
E. Transfer of a deed to a family member shall be $50.00 for each transaction. (Ord. 2022-36, 11-10-2022)
