(A) The annual salary of the Mayor shall be $6,400, which shall be paid at a rate of $533.33 per month. Beginning on January 1, 2023, the annual salary of the Mayor shall be $6,900, which shall be paid at a rate of $575 per month.
(B) The annual salary of each Council member shall be $5,200, which shall be paid at a rate of $433.33 per month. Beginning on January 1, 2023, the annual salary of each Council member shall be $5,700, which shall be paid at a rate of $475 per month.
(C) Notwithstanding the foregoing and pursuant to M.S. § 415.11, the salary of Council Member Thorsen shall be temporarily reduced to zero dollars until December 31, 2021.
