(A) The Council shall have the authority, by resolution, to restrict the parking of any motor vehicle, trailer, snowmobile or bike of any kind in the Business District of the city, and no person in charge of the vehicle, or the owner, shall permit the vehicle to be parked in violation of said resolution.
(B) For the purpose of this title, the Business District is comprised of the following: Seventh Avenue from First Street to Division Street; Margaret Street from Fifth Avenue to the Minnesota State Highway 36; Charles Street from Eighth Avenue to the Minnesota State Highway 36.
(C) Between June 1 and October 1, no vehicle shall park in any parking stall on the streets of the Business District for more than two hours between the times of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
