5-4-2: LAND USE REGULATIONS OF ANIMALS IN EFFECT:

Adoption of the Davis County Animal Control Ordinance shall not supersede regulations outlined within Title 10, Land Use and Subdivision Ordinances. Davis County Animal Control shall be responsible for the enforcement of animal related regulations within the City, with the advice and assistance of the Community Development Department and Code Enforcement Specialist.
