11-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The state legislature has, in Utah Code Annotated section 10-8-84, delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the city council does ordain as set forth in this title. (Ord. 07-11, 5-15-2007)
