10-1-35: CONSTRUCTION SUBJECT TO GEOLOGIC OR FLOOD HAZARDS:
Whenever development or construction is or may be subject to geologic or flood hazards, the Planning Commission may require the applicant to submit a geologic and soils survey report prepared by a qualified professional team; which such report indicates a lot to be subject to unusual potential or actual geologic or flood hazards, the applicant shall meet the special conditions required by the Planning Commission to reduce or eliminate such hazard, or if such conditions cannot be met or will not be met, the application for a building or conditional use permit shall be denied.
