In time of scarcity of water, whenever it shall in the judgment of the mayor and the governing body be necessary, the mayor shall by proclamation limit the use of water to such extent as may be necessary. It shall be unlawful for any person, their family, servants or agents, to violate any proclamation made by the mayor pursuant to this section. (1989 Code § 14-134; amd. Ord. 2022-03, 6-7-2022)
