7-7-3: BEER AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume beer or any alcoholic beverage, or to have in his or her possession any beer or alcoholic beverage, within any public park within the jurisdictional limits of the city. (Ord. 94-4, 4-19-1994)
