7-3-1: TYPES OF LOADS ALLOWED ON CERTAIN STREETS:
   A.   Specified: It shall be unlawful for any person or carrier of the following enumerated commercial materials or substances to transport, haul, drive, propel or convey, or cause to be transported, hauled, driven, propelled or conveyed on any vehicle, trailer or wagon, any load or burden containing acids, corrosives, explosives, tars, crude oil or derivatives of gasoline, diesel, stove oil, aviation gas or salts in liquid form, propane, butane, acetylene, or any other flammable liquids, materials or substances over or upon any of the following streets within the corporate limits of the city:
      1.   Any street within a platted and recorded subdivision.
      2.   Main Street (from U.S. Hwy 89 to 1100 North Main). (Ord. 93-2, 5-4-1993)

      4.   400 East (from U.S. Hwy 89 to 1100 North Main).
      5.   400 West (from Center Street to 1100 North).
   B.   Exception: This restriction shall not apply to trucks or vehicles making deliveries of gasoline or similar motor vehicle fuels to service stations by means of the shortest traveled routes within the city, or of propane, butane or other heating fuels to customers located in the city.
