6-3-2: PROHIBITED USE:
It is unlawful to drive, operate or ride, or to possess a motorized vehicle on trails, pathways or other off road travelways owned or maintained by the city, unless designated as open to motorized vehicles by the city council, or except when those vehicles are authorized by the city.
