6-3-1: MOTORIZED VEHICLE DEFINED:
"Motorized vehicle", as used in this chapter, includes, but is not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles, HOV vehicles, motorized scooters and all other means of motorized travel. (Ord. 2010-15, 6-15-2010)
