6-2-8: REGULATIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE:

The provisions of this chapter that impose a time limit on stopping, standing and parking shall not relieve any person from the duty to comply with other more restrictive provisions that prohibit or limit the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles or trailers in specified places or at specified times.
