A. Use Prohibited: A person may not intentionally or knowingly ride upon or utilize roller skates, skateboards, long boards, rollerblades, scooters or other similar conveyances on any public roadway or sidewalk on Eaglewood Drive, Eagleridge Drive, Center Street and Lacey Way.
B. Towing Devices: It is unlawful for the driver of any motorized vehicle to intentionally or knowingly drive or operate such vehicle upon a City street or sidewalk while any sled, sleigh, skateboard, wagon or similar device is towed, attached to or connected with the vehicle.
