4-1-2: POWERS AND DUTIES:
   A.   Contract Authorized: The City may contract with the Davis County Board of Health on such terms and conditions as the parties may agree, to enforce the provisions of this chapter and such other ordinances of the City which authorize or require action or impose any duty on the Board of Health.
   B.   Adoption Of Rules And Regulations: The Board of Health shall adopt such rules and regulations as it shall deem necessary to govern its meetings and conduct.
   C.   Permit Review And Approval: The Board of Health shall review and approve all applications for permits to operate any business or engage in any construction for which a permit is required from the Board of Health pursuant to any ordinances or regulations of the City.
   D.   Recommend Health Rules: The Board of Health shall recommend to the Mayor for promulgation by the City Council such health rules, regulations and ordinances as it deems necessary for the health of the persons within the City. (Ord. 2018-08, 9-4-2018)
