Program participants shall maintain their properties in conformance to all applicable site appearance requirements in the city's land use development and management act (LUDMA) or other pertinent city ordinances, including, but not limited to, landscaping, lighting, house numbering, signage, driveways, parking lots, clear vision areas and property maintenance.
