3-2-13: TRANSFER OF LICENSE:
Except as provided by subsection 3-2-11K of this chapter, licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable, and if revoked by the city council, the fee paid by the licensee to the city for the license shall be forfeited. (1989 Code § 9-423; amd. 2012 Code)
