3-2-12: PREMISES SUBJECT TO INSPECTION:

Any licensed premises shall be subject to inspection by any officer, agent or peace officer of the city, the alcoholic beverage control commission, the state department of health, or the Davis County department of environmental health, and every licensee shall, at the request of the city, or the Davis County department of environmental health, furnish to it a sample of beer which is for sale. (1989 Code § 9-422)
