A. Required With Application: The license fee shall be in such amount as specified in the comprehensive fee schedule resolution. Fees shall be accompanied by the application or any renewal thereof, and shall be returned to the applicant if the application is denied.
B. Expiration Of License; Prorating Of Fee: All licenses shall expire December 31 of each year, unless sooner canceled, revoked or suspended. Licenses shall be issued for one year. License fees may not be prorated, except by permission of the city council upon a showing of hardship by the applicant. (1989 Code § 9-420; amd. 2012 Code)
