A. No beer license shall be issued until the applicant has filed with the city recorder a bond as specified in the comprehensive fee schedule resolution, conditioned on the faithful observance of the ordinances of the city in relation to the sale of beer and conduct of such business in conformity therewith.
B. The bond required in subsection A of this section shall be payable to the city and due upon revocation of the license. (1989 Code § 9-418; amd. 2012 Code)
