(a) Driveway aprons shall be constructed with hard surface concrete or asphalt.
(b) “Driveway apron” shall be defined as the area from the edge of roadway to the road right-of-way, including any sidewalk area.
(c) All concrete or asphalt driveway aprons shall be constructed in accordance with the standards and specifications set forth by the City Engineer and/or Building Division.
(d) Driveways and driveway aprons shall be repaired and maintained so as not to constitute a blighting or deteriorating effect in the neighborhood. Driveway aprons shall be maintained so as to prevent loose stones or gravel from spilling, falling over, into and onto any public way, culvert or storm ditch.
