1630.03 CERT ACTIVATION.
   The CERT may be activated for the purposes of assisting the public safety forces by the Municipal Safety Authority. The Municipal Safety Authority shall be either the Mayor, the Director of Public Safety, the Fire Chief or the Police Chief.
