1482.09 FILTRATION AND CHLORINATION UNITS.

All swimming pools having a capacity of 10,000 gallons or more of water shall be equipped with a filtration unit of sufficient size and capacity and a chlorination unit to ensure healthful operation and maintenance of the pool.
