(a) Single Occupancy Buildings. All numbering shall be installed in the front yard or on the front of the building, at a height not less than five feet from the finished grade of the front yard.
(b) Multiple Occupancy Buildings. Each unit of a multiple occupancy building shall have a separate number, and each number shall be installed in the front yard or on the front of the building at a height not less than five feet from the finished grade of the front yard.
(c) Generally. The installation of all numbering shall be in such a manner as to be easily recognized from the street by emergency and public safety vehicles.
