874.05 ESCORTS, UNLAWFUL TO WORK.

No person shall work or offer to work or perform services as an escort within the City of North Royalton unless licensed as an escort service and employed by a licensed escort service. No person shall work or offer to work or perform services as a sexually oriented escort.
