No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle on the roads, streets, or highways of the Municipality, without having displayed on both sides thereof in such places as to be easily seen by anyone wishing to identify the vehicle, the following in letters and figures not less than two inches in height and three-eighth inch in width:
Company, Name, City, and State with company vehicle number over 10,000 Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) Interstated same as above with U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) number or company name and Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) Motor Carrier (MC) number.
