There is hereby established the position of Deputy Clerk of Court, which position shall be in the unclassified service of the Municipality and shall be an appointive position. The Deputy Clerk of Court shall perform all duties necessary to aid in conducting all sessions of the Mayor's Court, as well as all additional duties as directed by the Mayor.
