The following conditional uses maybe located in the I-1 Light Industrial District, subject hereto:
(A) Any conditional use permitted in the B-3 Commercial District;
(B) Racetracks;
(C) Towers, telecommunication facilities, antennas, subject to the provisions of § 156.305;
(D) Livestock and poultry commercial sales facilities located not less than 1/4 mile from any residential dwelling, whether such residential dwelling is occupied or not. Keeping of any individual heads of livestock or poultry not to exceed 30 days.
