In district A-1, no building or structure shall be hereafter erected, constructed, moved or altered except for 1 or more of the following uses:
(A) General farming and ranching activities, including the raising of domestic livestock or animals by a person for his or her own personal use, 4-H projects or similar family operations, but excluding any expansion of existing or development of livestock commercial feeding operations, as defined in § 156.003;
(B) Single-family dwellings;
(C) Truck gardens;
(D) Home occupations;
(E) Group homes (as defined in § 156.003); and
(F) Temporary structures and uses incidental to construction work, but only for the period of construction.
