§ 154.041 HEIGHT LIMITATIONS.
   No permit to erect a sign 30 feet high or higher measured from ground level to the highest point of the sign, shall be issued without first having had submitted as part of the application for a sign permit a set of drawings indicating all loads and structural calculations, stamped signed by a licensed structural engineer, indicating that the engineer is a registered professional engineer.
