§ 32.35 DEPUTY CITY CLERK.
   The Mayor may, with the consent of a majority of the City Council, appoint a Deputy City Clerk. The Deputy City Clerk shall perform the duties of the City Clerk at all times when the City Clerk is absent from the city for any reason, or is otherwise disqualified or incapacitated. The Deputy City Clerk may be removed by the Mayor with the consent of a majority of the City Council.
