§ 154.022 NOTICE AND HEARING ON REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Before a license issued pursuant to the subchapter can be revoked, a licensee shall have notice in writing enumerating the charges against him or her, and he or she shall be entitled to a hearing before the City Council at the next regular City Council meeting from the date of receipt of the notice.
   (B)   The licensee shall be given an opportunity to present testimony, oral or written, and shall have the right of cross examination.
   (C)   All such testimony before the City Council shall be given under oath.
   (D)   The City Council shall have the power to administer oaths, issue subpoenas and compel the attendance of witnesses in such cases.
