It shall be the duty of the Public Service Director to have general charge, direction and control over the street, sanitation, shop, traffic, park and cemetery departments. The Director shall establish appropriate rules and regulations for the management, use and operation of the departments, subject to the review and approval of the governing body. The Director shall be responsible for making the reports and performing such other duties as the governing body may from time to time designate. The city’s Street Superintendent shall be the same person as the Public Service Director.
