Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be fined not more than $500 and the cost of prosecution, for each offense. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
