§ 151.198 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   No operating license for a multiple dwelling or roominghouse shall be issued or renewed unless the applicant owner has first made application therefor on an application form provided by the Building Inspector. The Building Inspector shall develop such forms and make them available to the public.
