§ 32.05 EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS.
   In the event of an emergency the Mayor may appoint such special police as may be required, and he or she is hereby authorized to call on any inhabitants of the city, between the ages of 18 and 50, to aid in enforcing the laws of the city.
